Tough Rib
29 GAUGE - 36" COVERAGE
The Tough Rib panel covers 36” and is composed of five major ribs at 3/4” tall and 9” on center. The major ribs have a minor rib to add rigidity while the stiffener ribs between the major ribs are symmetrical with the flat areas to provide an attractive appearance.
Materials
The Tough Rib panel is available in both Zincalume and pre-painted Zincalume steel. All material conforms to ASTM A-446 Grade E (80,000 lb. yield strength).
Paint Coating
The paint coating on the Tough Rib panel is a durable baked on silicone modified polyester (SMP) finish.
NorStar

NorStar panel covers 36” and is composed of five major ribs, 9” on center and 5/8” high. The stiffener ribs between the major ribs are symmetrical with the flat areas to provide an attractive appearance.

EZ Snap
26 GAUGE - 16" COVERAGE
Mesa panel covers 16″ and is composed of minor ribs. Mesa panel provides a tough, durable wall panel with easy installation using an S Lock panel joint.
Materials
EZ Snap panel is available in pre-painted Zincalume steel. All material conforms to ASTM A-446 Grade D (50,000 lb yield strength).
Paint Coating
The paint coating on the EZ Snap panel is a (SMP) Silicone Modified Polyester—AKZO NOBEL 950.
Installation
Vented & Non-Vented Soffit
29 GAUGE - 36" COVERAGE
Soffit panel covers 36” and is composed of five inverted ribs, 9” on center and 5/8” deep. The stiffener ribs between the major ribs are symmetrical with the flat areas to provide an attractive appearance. Vented soffit has 9.64 sq. inch of airflow.

The panels are available in pre-painted Zincalume steel.

The paint coating on the NorStar panel is a high quality SMP (Silicone Modified Polyester) finish.
Wave Panel
7/8" WAVE PROFILE
The 7/8″ Wave panel provides 37-5/16 inch wall and 34-11/16 inch roof coverage and is composed of major S-shaped ribs at 7/8 inches tall and 2-11/16 inch on center. This product can be utilized as a roofing, liner and/or siding panel. Most commonly it is utilized as a an accent or wainscot panel for interior and exterior walls.

The panels are available in pre-painted Zincalume steel.
